Unconventional Training Workshops

In this unique combo workshop of unconventional training tools, Mike will cover the following conditioning implements and focus areas below for approximately 1.5 hours each.

  • Kettlebell: Progressing from Swing to Snatch optimally

  • Suples Ball: Developing speed, coordination, and endurance

  • HIRTS Bands: Warming up, movement flows and dynamic exercises

    This will be a hands on workshop, where students will learn by doing.

    Time: 10-4pm
