VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS

Monthly virtual workshops are designed expose you to a wide range of training methods, workouts, healthy diet and lifestyle elements, and more in just 90 minutes. You will get to learn from Mike as well as experts he knows and trusts. If you are interested in having more fun with your training, learning new things, and becoming a more optimal human, these monthly workshops are for you.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Currently there are three online program to select from. You can go the route of: Kettlebell Lifestyle (personalized daily workout program), Mastering the Kettlebell (comprehensive kettlebell movement system), or for Fire Fighters, Mike has partnered with First in Wellness to deliver a 4 month comprehensive training and lifestyle improvement program. Both Mastering the Kettlebell and First In Wellness Programs will be listed here soon on this site.

WORKOUTS

For a weekly live training experience, Mike has created "Bags and Bells" classes that you can join virtually. These classes are challenging, fun, and cover a unique synergy of training methods. Elements include: a proper warm up, Bulgarian  Bag Training, Kettlebell Training, Focused Bodyweight and ELDOAs Postural Exercises, and more!

IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES

To work with Mike in person and receive a more in depth experience for performance and personal development, there are a few options to choose from. You can join Mike for one of his upcoming retreats,  private "Becoming a Balanced Warrior" immersion, or request a custom experience for your community, school, or organization. MIKE SALEMI

I trashed my body for years trying to set records in competition (Powerlifting & Kettlebell Sport). And while I did reach high rankings, I wasn’t fully aware of the long term damage my training (and mindset around obtaining my goals at all costs) was causing until it was too late. I was forced to take multiple months off almost yearly to rest and heal from burn out, injuries, and plateaus. 

 

 

That was until I learned a better way of achieving and experiencing high performance results that also extend far beyond what takes place on the competition platform. 

 

Now, after over 20 years as an elite athlete, 15+ years as strength coach and educator to thousands of people, I know exactly what the pursuit of fitness and high performance using traditional methods does to the body, and why a more integrative, balanced approach is so needed. While the road was painful at times, it taught me a lot that I'm grateful for and excited to share with you. I'll show you how you can experience a lifelong results in health, fitness and performance with greater ease and flow.
