LEARNING THE HARD WAY
I learned how to create intentional workouts and programs through first being a hard-working, goal driven person who would stop at nothing to achieve my goals.
I was a die-hard powerlifter for nearly 10 years, after which I dedicated myself to becoming a Kettlebell Master of Sport in 2 professional divisions, plus winning a world title.
Amidst the success, I also broke myself down, which nearly made it impossible to continue training.
Since then, I’ve worked with many high-achieving individuals who were committed to physical training even though it was actually taking away from their quality of life.
Today, this is what drives me.
I find it deeply fulfilling to witness and be a part of people's transformation when the power of intentionally designed workouts finally clicks for them. They see that the promises of exercise can be true when each aspect of their workout is designed for its overall effect on the body and mind. Movement IS medicine. Your consistent training has the power to get you stronger, improve how you look AND support the rest of what you want in life.
